This report was jointly commissioned in 2007 by Buckinghamshire CC, Aylesbury Vale District Council and Aylesbury Vale Advantage to validate the work on infrastructure requirements; the first step in assessing infrastructure requirements under the previous government’s planning policy.  This work has been developed over the last two years and is currently being revised by AVA’s Infrastructure Programme Board to support the development of AVDC’s new planning policy document, The Vale of Aylesbury Plan.
