Welcome to the University Centre for Aylesbury Vale, the place to study locally for your university-level qualification
This pioneering initiative brings together a range of courses and qualifications from a collaboration of universities and other training providers. They are all offered in Aylesbury Vale do you don’t have to travel out of your region to get the higher education you want.
Mature students without formal qualifications should not be discouraged – your work experience or professional qualifications can often be enough to secure a place. Alternatively the ‘Access to HE’ course can provide a bridge into higher education if you need more academic or study skills.

The courses are validated by universities or are national vocational qualifications, so you know you’re gaining a qualification that means something for your and your career.
They courses follow on from Level 3 (or A level equivalent) and are divided into levels so you can see which is best for you. Review the attached programme for the range of accredited foundations degrees is being offered from September 2007.
