Various studies are being carried out within the district to ascertain the need for additional new roads, the possibility of constructing new roads, and for the upgrading of existing ones. The A418 Aylesbury to Leighton Linslade upgrade and the Wing bypass, however, are two schemes that are already being developed.
The MDAs (major development areas) of Berryfields and Weedon Hill will incorporate a new road between the A41 and the A413 connecting the two sites. This will be called the Western Link Road.
