Last month AVDC’s “Cabinet Report on the Local Development Framework 'Preferred Options' Core Strategy and Aylesbury Allocated Sites” was released for public consultation. The event which was held on the 29th June referenced these ‘Preferred Options’. More than 30 Development companies, land owners and other parties in attendance were given the opportunity to learn about the proposed location for the expansion of housing on the southern urban fringe of Aylesbury.
Representatives from the Forward Planning Department of AVDC presented information on how the ‘decision’ to place the proposed expansion of Aylesbury on the southern urban fringe of the town had been validated.
