Aylesbury Vale is the focus for a dynamic and exciting period of new development and change .
Identified as a centre for major regeneration, the town of Aylesbury and its surrounding Vale is already experiencing the start of a period of significant structured growth in integrated housing, business development, public services and related infrastructure.
Aylesbury Vale Advantage Ltd (AVA) is a dynamic partnership formed from Aylesbury Vale District Council; Buckinghamshire County Council; The Vale of Aylesbury Primary Care Trust; SEEDA (South East England Development Agency); and English Partnerships.
Initially funded by the DCLG (Department for Communities and Local Government, AVA has been active in establishing and managing a framework for action - responsible for establishing partnerships and developing initiatives that will promote the town and the local area , enhance the environment and guide Aylesbury Vale into a new era of prosperity with a high quality of life for all its residents - based on carefully planned and sustainable growth.
