Aylesbury Vale Advantage (AVA)  has established the following operational management structure:  The AVA Board, the Executive Management Board, and the Executive Team.

Our activities are delivered and coordinated via five programme teams charged with the responsibility of managing and driving forward our growth and regeneration priorities, including the creation of new homes, provision of complementary employment opportunities, creation of a destination of choice town centre, timely infrastructure provision and promotion of exemplary environmental and sustainable standards.
